Account and Personal Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your Edyta Chilinska Academy account and related personal data.

 

  1. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

 

By email

Email support@chilinska.com from the address associated with your account.

 

Subject:

ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUEST

 

Message:

“Please delete my Edyta Chilinska Academy account and personal data that is not required to be retained by law.

 

Full name:

Account email:

Username, if applicable:

Most recent order number, if available:

Country of residence:

I understand that account deletion will end my access to active courses and may be irreversible.”

 

  1. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

 

To protect the account, we may:

– send a confirmation link to the account email;

– ask you to confirm an order number, purchase date or other limited information;

– request additional evidence only where necessary.

 

Never send:

– your password;

– a full card number;

– a CVV code;

– online-banking credentials.

 

  1. DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED OR ANONYMISED

 

After successful verification, we will delete or anonymise, to the extent permitted and required by law:

– the user profile;

– login credentials and session tokens;

– account preferences;

– course progress;

– form data that is no longer needed;

– marketing data, except for a minimal suppression record;

– the profile connection to Google/Facebook sign-in;

– other data that no longer has to be retained.

 

  1. DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

 

Some data may be retained where necessary:

– for tax and accounting records;

– to document transactions and invoices;

– to prevent fraud and chargeback abuse;

– to comply with law;

– to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;

– to record that marketing consent was withdrawn;

– in backups until securely overwritten.

 

Data retained for these reasons will be limited to what is necessary and will not be used for ordinary marketing.

 

  1. EFFECT ON COURSE ACCESS

 

Deleting your account:

– disables sign-in immediately or when the process is completed;

– ends access to all active courses, materials and certificates available only through the account;

– does not automatically create a refund right;

– may be irreversible.

 

Before requesting deletion, download invoices and certificates that the platform lawfully allows you to download. Do not download or copy protected course materials.

 

  1. RESPONSE TIME

 

After receiving a complete and verified request, we will respond without undue delay, normally within 30 days. A complex request may take longer where the law permits; we will explain any extension.

 

  1. GOOGLE OR FACEBOOK SIGN-IN

 

Deleting the Academy account may not remove permissions stored in your Google or Facebook account.

 

You may also:

– open connected-app or security settings in Google or Facebook;

– locate Edyta Chilinska Academy / academy.chilinska.com;

– remove the app’s access.

 

Removing access with the social provider does not replace a request to delete the Academy account.

 

  1. NEWSLETTER ONLY

 

You do not need to delete your account to stop newsletters. Click “Unsubscribe” in an email or contact support@chilinska.com.

 

  1. CONFIRMATION

 

We will send confirmation after completing the request unless we no longer hold contact data or further communication is legally restricted.
