- SCOPE
These Terms govern:
– use of the Website;
– creation and use of accounts;
– purchase and use of online courses and digital materials;
– payments;
– bridal hairstyling services;
– in-person training;
– certificates;
– intellectual-property rights;
– liability, complaints and dispute resolution.
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and any individual booking confirmation form part of the contract.
- ACCEPTANCE
By using the Website, creating an account, making a purchase or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
- AGE
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country. A minor may use the Website only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision where permitted by law.
- USER ACCOUNTS
An account may be required to access purchased courses.
You agree to:
– provide accurate and current information;
– keep login credentials secure;
– not share the account with another person;
– not use the account concurrently in a way indicating shared access;
– not bypass technical restrictions or security measures;
– notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
One account and one licence are for one individual unless a written offer expressly says otherwise.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, access sharing, chargeback abuse, a security incident or a breach of these Terms. Before permanently ending access, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to explain the matter unless immediate action is required for security or by law.
- GOOGLE OR FACEBOOK SIGN-IN
You may be able to register or sign in through Google or Facebook. Use of that option is also subject to the provider’s terms. You are responsible for the security of the external account.
- ACADEMY PRODUCTS
The Academy may offer:
– Essentials;
– Signature Texture Collection;
– Soft Volume Collection;
– Architecture Beauty Collection;
– Full Academy Access;
– other courses, collections and materials shown on the Website.
The product page describes the price, language, included materials and access duration and forms part of the offer.
- COURSE ACCESS
Unless the relevant product page states otherwise:
– the purchase is a one-time payment and not an automatically renewing subscription;
– access is provided for 12 months from activation or another date specified at purchase;
– access may begin automatically once payment is confirmed;
– materials may be viewed at your own pace during the access period;
– Full Academy Access includes current materials and new materials published during the active access period as described on the product page;
– expiry of access does not transfer ownership of materials or create a right to download them.
We may make reasonable updates to programmes, lesson order, naming, platform and technical delivery. We will not intentionally remove the essential value of a paid product without providing an appropriate remedy.
- EDUCATIONAL NATURE
Materials are educational and professional in nature, but do not guarantee:
– a particular income level;
– employment or clients;
– a particular artistic or business result;
– recognition of a certificate by a public authority or trade body.
Results depend on experience, practice, tools, working conditions and individual skill.
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You need:
– a stable internet connection;
– a current web browser;
– a device capable of playing video and audio;
– an active email address;
– essential cookies enabled for login and platform operation.
You bear the cost of internet access and equipment. We do not guarantee compatibility with obsolete or modified software.
- CONTRACT FORMATION
A product display is an invitation to place an order unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The contract is formed when:
– you place an order;
– you accept required policies and declarations;
– we successfully receive payment or confirm the order;
– we send a purchase confirmation or activate access.
We may reject an order for a legitimate reason, including an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal sanctions or unavailability. If payment has been collected, it will be refunded.
- PRICES, CURRENCIES AND TAXES
Prices may be displayed in currencies available on the Website, including PLN and USD. Currency may depend on your selection, location or payment provider.
The total payable price is shown before the order is submitted. Taxes will be added or included as required by law and as shown at checkout.
Your bank or card provider may charge foreign-exchange or international-transaction fees for which we are not responsible.
- PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Tpay or other providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. If payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may suspend fulfilment or access while the matter is resolved.
- WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days to withdraw, subject to exceptions for digital content.
Where you:
– expressly request supply of the digital content before the withdrawal period ends;
– expressly consent to immediate access;
– acknowledge that you will lose the withdrawal right once supply begins; and
– receive confirmation of that declaration,
your withdrawal right may end once supply of the digital content begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not restrict statutory remedies for defective, non-conforming or undelivered digital content.
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

If you submit a testimonial, work image, comment or other material, you represent that you are entitled to submit it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
We will not use your image or work photographs for marketing without appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.
