I completed the “Soft Volume” training. Before the course, I wasn’t sure where to start, how to section the hair or how to arrange each strand. I was mostly guessing how to pin the next sections so that the hairstyle would look right. It felt like “finding my way in the dark.”
After the training, I feel as though I’m following a clear, well-lit path — it makes a huge difference. I learned how to create the right sections for the hairstyle, which makes my work easier and faster. I know how to shape the strands and their edges so the hairstyle looks light.
I also learned how to make all the elements of a hairstyle work together as one aesthetically balanced whole.
After the training, my updos are cleaner and more polished. The strands work together, so the hairstyle looks as though it was designed from A to Z rather than made up of random elements that don’t quite connect.
Overall, the training exceeded my expectations. There is so much practical knowledge. Every stage of creating the hairstyle is explained in detail — what to do and why, which specific products to use, and so on. The way the strands are arranged is shown very clearly, which is extremely helpful when you are still learning. The online format is also very convenient because I could practise on my mannequin while watching, pausing and rewinding the video as many times as I needed.
I received support from Edyta both during and after the training. Whenever I needed help or guidance, Edyta explained in detail what I could do to improve the updo and even marked the exact areas on my photo that I could refine, so I could clearly understand what she meant. I feel much more confident now and know I can handle this type of hairstyle without a problem.
I chose the Soft Volume Collection. I had struggled with this type of hairstyle for a long time. It has many complex elements that can look almost impossible to recreate. Edyta’s course showed me how to create this hairstyle. Every stage is demonstrated and explained at a pace that allows you to follow along and create the hairstyle yourself.
The hairstyle follows a very clear structure. At first, I had trouble with sectioning and deciding how much hair should go into each section. Thanks to Edyta, I understood hair sectioning and volume zones. I can now create this hairstyle more efficiently and quickly. The training is recorded in very high quality and shows the stages step by step from both sides of the hairstyle. Another major benefit is the instructor’s support and feedback after you complete the hairstyle. Edyta draws directly over the hairstyle so you know exactly what to work on. She also points out what is working well and explains the next steps. Advice from an instructor is valuable at every stage of a professional career. I highly recommend the training because you learn a technique you can use again in the future.

Until now, this hairstyle had always been very difficult for me, and I would refuse to do updos with high curls because I never knew how to approach them so the curls would sit beautifully and the hairstyle would last.
